Thanks to La Maddalena Archipelago National Park, our first FORTY volunteers will be provided with free accommodations!

(with a 50 Euro Cleaning Fee per person—this is a one-time fee! Collected upon arrival.)

Arrival and Departure

Volunteers can arrive August 11th and leave the morning of the 18th!! Thank you La Maddalena Archipelago National Park for the free accommodations!

The more, the merrier! We want as many volunteers that we can have, so we have provided a list of amazing B&B’s and hotels in our Accommodations page.

This beach cleanup is a part of the very first International Ocean & Plastic Awareness Week taking place on the beautiful island of Maddalena in Sardegna, Italy.

With your help, we can beautify these once-pristine beaches and spread awareness about our big, beautiful ocean and the harmful plastic that pollutes it.

We will be cleaning up the following beaches:

Cala dello Strangolato 

Cala Maiore

Cala Testa del Polpo

We will also be having TWO documentary screenings! 

We will be showing Mission Blue and Blue the Film each followed by a panel discussion with amazing environmental activists!
